Standalone sensor that can be placed anywhere in a home to alert you when and where it detects moisture to help prevent water damage and loss. If the detector senses the presence of water, extreme temperatures or high humidity, it will alert you in one or more ways, according to set preferences: smartphone app, text, phone call or email. It can be used as a standalone monitoring device or connected to a smart water monitor and shutoff for whole-home protection. Includes an extension cable with a remote sensing disc that can extend up to 48 in for reaching tight spaces.
